🔹 Key Responsibilities

Legal Research & Analysis:

Conduct research on AI regulations, blockchain laws, and data privacy across jurisdictions
Assist in drafting memos and reports on emerging tech law trends

Contract & Compliance Support:

Assist in smart contract reviews, blockchain agreements, and AI governance policies
Support compliance audits for GDPR, data protection laws, and cybersecurity regulations

Technology & Legal Innovation:

Explore AI-driven legal research tools and automated contract review systems
Stay updated on crypto regulations, NFT policies, and fintech compliance

Casework & Client Support:

Work on cross-border legal matters involving technology and intellectual property
Help draft legal opinions on digital assets, fintech, and AI-related disputes

Skills

Law students above 3rd year or recent graduates
Passion in LegalTech & innovation
Proficient in Microsoft 365,
Knowledge of legal research tools
