Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and international arbitration panels

  • Draft pleadings, legal submissions, and client advisories on complex disputes

  • Conduct legal research on international and domestic dispute laws

  • Assist in strategy development for cross-border dispute resolution cases

  • Liaise with clients, foreign counsel, and regulatory authorities

  • Manage case files, hearings, and compliance with procedural laws

  • Provide risk assessment and legal opinions on global disputes

Skills/Experience

  • Experience at consultancy preferred;
  • Great interpersonal communication skills;
  • Keen eye for spotting data trends;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • A keen grasp of information technology;
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
  • Knowledge of international arbitration laws, treaties, and cross-border contracts
  • Fluency in one foreign language
  • Strong personal accountability, professionalism, and work ethics
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
